We do not offer Carpet Cleaning as of now but we do have a few recommendations!

No, we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. IF there is a specific product or piece of equipment that you would like us to use in your home please let us know during scheduling so we can properly prepare for your cleaning.

There are a couple ways to schedule appointments. One way is to visit the Contact us tab and fill out the request form. The second way is to visit our facebook page and send us a message.

We currently accept the following: Cash, Check, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

No, you do not have to be there but it's completely up to you! As long as we have a way to contact you, that's all we need.

There will be 1 to 3 cleaners at a time, depending on the size of the job. We are a small but growing company! As of right now it is possible that you will have the same cleaner each time.
How do you get in?

There are a few options, you can give us a key, you can do a hide-a-key, if you have a smart lock that requires a code you can give us the code, or we can provide a lock box that holds the key and we have the code to.
Is a deposit required?

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, a deposit is required. The deposit simply holds your appointment time and it is also applied towards the total cost of your cleaning. The deposit is usually $25 but it can vary depending on the job.
** You have 3 reschedule/cancellations before the deposit has to be paid again.

Let us know ASAP via phone or whichever contact method you used to schedule your appointment. Things happen and we understand that, we just want to make sure we get you scheduled properly and that other clients have a chance to schedule as well

A walk-through estimate guarantees the most accurate pricing. Due to COVID we have started to perform estimates through video, pictures or over the phone but they are not as accurate. Estimates only take a few minutes. It's where we tour of your home or office with you and you provide us with a description of what you want to be done.
